Tuktuk in Paris offers tours lasting from 2 to 8 hours.

You can either follow one of our predefined tours or set up a customized itinerary with your driver at the beginning of your tour.

Being fully privatized, your Tuktuk is at your entire disposal for the duration of your tour. You have exclusive use of the Tuktuk and can choose to stop anywhere, at any time in order to take pictures or to visit places such as monuments, stores or restaurants, while your driver wait as long as you want to. You also have the freedom to personalize your tour in terms of sightseeings to match your pace and preferences.

Passionate about Paris and its history, your driver will share his knowledge with you throughout your journey.

Tuktuk in Paris opens at 10am and closes at 8pm, 7 days a week, from March 1st to October 31st.

Tuktuk in Paris closes during the months of November, December, January and February.

You can be picked up and dropped off anywhere in Paris.

In the online reservation form, indicate the pick-up and drop-off address of your choice.

You can communicate the drop-off address directly to your driver at the beginning of your tour. The trip to the drop-off address is included in the duration of your tour.

If, at the time of booking, you do not yet know the departure and/or drop-off address(es) or if, after booking, you wish to change the departure and/or drop-off address, you can contact us by e-mail at booking@tuktukinparis.com (specifying the reservation number, the name of the client and the date of the tour), up to 24 hours before the departure time.

There is no specific meeting point, we let you decide the departure address at your convenience.

A Tuktuk can accommodate up to 4 passengers.

No additional passengers, adults or children, are allowed in a Tuktuk.

If your group is larger than 4 people, you can book as many additional Tuktuks as you need in the same time slot.

Your Tuktuks will stay together and follow each other throughout the tour.

If you are more passengers than initially planned at the time of your booking, there are 2 options:

• Your change of plan does not lead to more than 4 passengers per Tuktuk, there is no change to make to your booking.
• Your change of plan leads to more than 4 passengers per Tuktuk, you will then need to book 1 or more additional Tuktuks.

If you are less than one hour late, your driver will wait for you and the waiting time will be deducted from the total duration of the tour.

If you are more than one hour late, the tour will be cancelled, without refund, regardless of the reason for the delay.

To change your reservation, please send an e-mail to booking@tuktukinparis.com (specifying the reservation number, the name of the client and the date of the tour).

We will process this request as soon as possible.

All changes are subject to availability.

Any cancellation more than 24 hours before the tour will be fully refunded.

All our drivers speak both English and French.

Due to high demand, we encourage you to book as soon as you know your travel dates.

Our online calendar allows you to book up to two years in advance.
